Lowe, Priestley & Janda Commercial Real Estate, LLC (LPJ Commercial) completes the leasing of 42 Cindy Lane, Wall Township, New Jersey to Cooper Friedman Electric Supply Co.

Mary Beth Priestley, Managing Member and Broker of Record announces that Gary Lowe has completed the leasing of 42 Cindy Lane, Ocean Township, New Jersey, a 32,509 square foot office/warehouse building. The tenant, Cooper Friedman Electric Supply leased 21,587 square feet of office and warehouse space for the distribution of their exclusive line of Kohler Generators and the sale of electrical parts and supplies.Cooper Friedman is owned by Sonepar USA, and is a member of the Sonepar group, the world’s largest privately-held electrical distributor. Today, Sonepar USA has 13 companies operating throughout the United States.

The remaining 8,652 square feet of the building was leased to KMSCO, Inc. a manufacturer of promotional blankets and items. KMSCO, Inc. is a privately owned company and has been in business for over 40 years.

Gary Lowe exclusively represented the landlord, Glen Oak Development in the leasing of 42 Cindy Lane. The combined transactions were valued in excess of $1.6 million.
