Mary Beth Priestley, Managing Member and Broker of Record announces that Philip Janda has completed the leasing of Marlboro Industrial Complex, 234-238 Boundary Road, Marlboro, NJ, a three building 75,000 square foot industrial complex. Philip has brought the complex up to 100% occupancy, leasing space to several tenants. Philip has exclusively represented the landlord, B&I Center, LLC for over seven years, releasing space and relocating tenants within the complex. The complex is comprised of three 25,000 square foot multi-tenanted industrial buildings on 24 acres.
