BRICK, NEW JERSEY - Lowe, Priestley & Janda Commercial Real Estate, LLC (LPJ Commercial) completes the sale of the former Branch Brook Pools building.

Mary Beth Priestley, Managing Member and Broker of Record has announced that Gary Lowe has completed the sale of a 38,664 square foot freestanding retail building located at 150 Allaire Avenue, Brick, New Jersey. The building is situated on 7 acres and was purchased by 150 Allaire Avenue, LLC at a price of $107.33 per square foot. The building was delivered vacant and the new purchaser plans fully renovate the building and land, with the intent to lease the building to a single retail tenant.
